Fall has officially arrived, and the fun in Peddler’s Village is just getting started. Throughout October, unique scarecrow creations will be on display at Peddler’s Village as part of the Scarecrow Competition and Display. With six categories to choose from–Philly Pride, Traditional, Quite a Character, Thrills with Chills, Group, and Kids Only–the scarecrow artists were especially creative this year.

The Fourth Annual OctoberFEAST festival will take place this weekend, on October 13 and 14. This popular event celebrates everything German with a variety of delicious food, live bands, and, of course, plenty of cold beer.

The Halloween Spooktacular in the Village on Friday, October 26 closes out the month with terrific family fun. From 4-8 pm, kids dressed in their Halloween costumes can enjoy trick or treating in the Village shops. Other highlights of the event include a guided ghost walk (not too scary for the kids), snacks, and Halloween arts and crafts.
